AUTHENTICITY IS KEY

Just be you! There’s enough to go round, there’s always plenty for you. As you take care of God’s business, He takes care of you. I’ve learned over the years to live in rhythms of rest over relational stability for the calling and work God has for us to do!

We’re truly in GOOD hands and his hand of trust and faith leads us though! Connecting us with the right alignments for what he’s called us to do.. this often looks different than what we expected it to..

For 2 decades before being launched out through a commissioning, I poured my life into local Churches; financially, sacrificed time, supported and served leaders, poured and poured as I was raised up through years of teaching in trans-local training centre churches. Saved annual leave and paid my way to travel the world with an apostolic/prophetic model supporting itinerant ministry. During these pre-kid days, went to far away places and wide open spaces. Leading ones and two’s into encounter with truth!

In the early days of ‘ministry’ like many other’s, I was naive and looking for ‘covering’ until I realised accountability comes back to a heart posture of transparency. You can be on a board of CEO’s and have all sorts of corruption and crazy going on. We’ve seen the greatest of leaders fall and there’s nothing new under the sun. Trust is earned. Accountability is a choice and if you want to last for a lifetime in anything, you need to stick to the basics! Get up when your life falls apart and KEEP GOING!

On a foundation of MERCY and GRACE you can run! When I went through divorce in 2017, after a 20 year marriage, people I respected online in various ministries dropped me like a hot cake! It was devastating! I had held man up as IDOLS. Mere men. I had to learn to forgive myself and to understand these are not my tribe! God had a whole different plan in store and WOW did he blow my mind as he led us forward connecting me to authentic community! I don’t know who this is for.. but my heart is beating fast and I know Holy Spirit has a message to touch your heart!

Keep showing up as authentically being the real you! Be bold and brave as you do! Shine bright! No matter the ‘fight’.(insecurities, doubt, fear etc al). Seek out true connections where theres’ genuine investment with deposits and withdrawals too. They are out there!! As you serve from overflow, the glory on you attracts other’s to sow! To support you, to come alongside in ways you need!

Do the personal development to get over your pain, the hurdles you’ve experienced to get back in the game. You learn to be your greatest cheer leader! Be a friend and you’ll have friends. Show up daily in life as if it were your last day before you enter in heaven! God adds increase, gives us favour, unprecedented opportunities and the courage to try something new! He gives us the capacity to follow his lead, not rush ahead and protects us personally from wrong relationships too! (personally, in life, ministry). You’ll learn to take risks and be brave enough to follow through!

Plug in where you see a need and work to do. Maybe you can ‘wait tables’ serving back of house in media ministry to learn and glean too?

Just show up with vulnerability so other’s can see you.. the real you, not just the influence they want from being near you. Authenticity is key to longevity, so you don’t loose heart, become jaded by motives of man..You are unique! You are brave! You have ALL you need inside you to succeed! Raise up leaders, training as you speak!

It’s the OIL of God’s presence on you, enough! I don’t know who I’m speaking to, but I love the work here we get to do. Showing up authentically. Not run by a CEO. Not bought or sold, not told what to say, dance like a monkey.. not people pleasing. Defending the GOSPEL- GOOD NEWS! Stopping for the one.

Present as a present for an audience of One.

Train, teach, equip, discipleship one on one. Not political left or right! Stopping for the one! Naturally supernatural as we walk in the light! God with us, miracle of love, don’t ever change, keep being YOU!
