WHAT IS COACHING?

It’s not counselling, coaching helps you move forward, where as counselling helps you unpack what you’re walking through. Coaching involves getting clear on what’s truly important to you right now!

As a Spirit filled purpose coach, I work specifically with women of faith who have been through decades of local church membership, some have careers and families, others are stay at home mothers, many feel stuck, I also work with women who are going through or been through widow, separation and divorce. Women who want to get married. Women from all facets of life, culture, etc.. Women who want training to hear the voice of God and see his face for themselves..

The core of what I carry and deposit is lifting shame, condemnation, confusion through the tree of life, un-embedding fear based mindsets, seeing clients come into wide open spaces in their thinking, wealth mindset, activation in the gifts of the Spirit through teaching of the Word and homework. Coaching is dynamic!! These sessions are a deep pour! You get 1:1 time, you get a safe space, you get so much more!! We work in the area of money management, training, relationships- with God and self, others, romantic relationships. The list is endless..

There’s such beauty in praying together, hearing the heart of the Father personally, seeing your potential realised and putting mini goals and strategies for your daily life in place! As your coach, I’m your cheer squad!

You will come away refreshed and excited! Most of all with overwhelming peace!

For me, it’s the joy of seeing you raised up, lifted up, encouraged, strengthened, empowered, living your best life! Seeing you re-invent your life post family, post divorce, post prison support! Drug and alcohol free! Seeing clients get out of addiction! People pleasing and for many women the hamster wheel of mental, emotional and physical exhaustion! Seeing you get out of cycles of defeat!! It’s my life’s joy to serve you this way!

I charge before a session as sadly some folk don’t see the value in paying for a coach and I am not prepared to work with clients that are not prepared to put in the work. Those whose pain point has brought them to the place of ready come! When a client is truly ready to get real with moving forward, they will invest into themselves! It’s mutually beneficial, as the training, time taken, cost and price I’ve paid to be available for clients makes it all worth while!

Once you book your session, I will email you your pre-session notes. You will receive before and after notes and a recording of your session too. We work 1:1 for an hour, over zoom, anywhere in the world!
