CHARACTER WILL TAKE YOU FAR

Ministries with un-dealt emotional issues and an undertone leave hurting ministers in their trail! So much wounding happens in the trenches because soul healing steps haven’t been done! It’s crucial to be willing to go through the process of character development to leave a trail of peace in your wake! When a called, gifted, willing minister steps up to the call, they will attract ministers who’ve also responded to the call.

Leaders that have done inner healing and are building into others as they run shall see longevity and healthy in the lives of those on team in the long run!

Heaven is entrusting Kingdom to mothers and fathers who lead sacrificially in love, safe and stable, fulfilling the call!

It is important capacity is developed as leadership leads from a position of raising up, release! In God we trust! People will sow into the vision, the call willingly as they see a demonstration of humility, faithfulness, and character that girds those walking in the leadership call!

Character development has the opportunity to develop through the trials of life! The fruit of the Spirit is fully deposited at Salvation. Living fragrant fruitful lives gets developed through overlooked, being side lined, emotionally broken, betrayed, lied upon..abandoned. These are all opportunities to tap into the TRUTH of whose and who you are in Christ! They are opportunities to lay down alms. To CHOOSE to trust God. To choose to dig deep, do the inner work and learn to live meek lives amid weak! He makes us strong!

The world is a lost and broken place. As ministers we have influence! May we allow the process of inner healing, refuse to attract complicit team players, enablers of our own victim mindset! Let us not use people as ‘hirelings’. When the time is up for paths to part, let’s not go dark! Erase them as if they have no part! That is a reflection of character that is shallow. If you’ve seen this, been through this, keep your mouth closed. Do not label, criticise or cut loose. Wisdom guides, we’re all on our journey to living free in this life. It’s a process. Lean in. Refuse to be a victim.

Character development is the underbelly that carries the weight of the gift you are! May you leave a legacy on this earth of good stewardship of hearts! Yours and all those who get the privilege and honour to serve and serve you, in part!

Galatians 5:22-23 TPT

But the fruit produced by the Holy Spirit within you is divine love in all its varied expressions: joy that overflows, peace that subdues, patience that endures, kindness in action, a life full of virtue, faith that prevails, gentleness of heart, and strength of spirit. Never set the law above these qualities, for they are meant to be limitless.
