As we wrap up 2019, I see a picture of new shoots bursting through from your roots. Where there’s been barriers for breakthrough, you’re going to see breakthrough! Your roots go down deep!! Deep into the water that never runs dry! The fire of God is upon you, surrounds you and is bursting through you! The areas of your life that had dead ends and broken roots, are going to burst with NEW SHOOTS.

You’re going to rise up tall in this year of the heart and experience greater levels of freedom and intimacy. You’ve shed the skin of your past and the best is saved til last!

You thought that your best days were over, the truth is you are going to see so much FAVOR! An increase of favor with God and with man in this year of the heart!  You’re going to tap into NEW resources and fresh supplies with these fresh shoots the LORD is bursting through in you!

You carry a refreshing dew, and it’s bringing you into all things new!!

I also saw 3 colours over you as I had this vision. I saw Purple which represents AUTHORITY. King Jesus has given you his stamp of authority and that’s all you need. I saw yellow, which represents glory presence and the glory of God is your rear guard, so you don’t have to worry about watching your back, the KING has got you covered. (Angels have been assigned and although you can’t always see them, they are protecting you). Fear has not won the day!! Then I saw the colour red and that’s the power that’s found in the blood! You are blood washed and free!

VICTORY is Heaven’s decree over you and fresh shoots are bursting through you!

It’s time to stand tall, to not cower down, to step out on the water and to GO for it. GO for that promotion! GO for that relationship! GO and start that start up, that crazy scary business! Fresh shoots are now bursting through in you!
