Love compels us to do great exploits! Love can be spontaneous, fiery and full of life! Love thrusts you into the lives of others’. With passion and expectation! Hope for breakthrough and good things to come. Love gives you the confidence and the power to contend and see the promises of God breakthrough into other’s lives!

Loved much, we love much!

It’s that simple. There’s a cost to love your neighbor as yourself, but it’s a price worth paying. (usually comfort zones, time etc). Love thrusts us into situations and brings people across our path that we can build and work with, disciple, love and co-labor with.

You want to see your Church grow and your heart’s desire is to see individuals and families collaborating, and working together in unity.. you’re called to lead!

The place of communion with God is where community and unity is found.

The Anglican theologian John Wesley once said,

“Light yourself on fire with passion and people will come from miles to watch you burn!”

Passion comes from the intimate place of being found in the presence of God. Making time in your schedule for God can be likened to putting fuel in your car! Resting in His presence and reading his word, is the place where we can hear his voice and experience his heartbeat. When we yield to Christ, he melts his heart into ours. His priority’s become ours. Our lifestyle choices are then defined from a place of sweet surrender and seeking His face.

Community flows out of communion with God.

Love is the thread that knits our hearts together. Consumed by love with hearts on fire! We’re not called to be settlers in this life. A pioneering spirit is our spiritual birthright!

Revelation knowledge is Heaven’s currency. Money is the currency of earth. We need both. Jesus teaches us to seek first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added to you. The following parable makes it clear. Jesus teaches us to store up treasure in heaven and not on earth.

Matthew 6:19-24 The Passion Translation

19 “Don’t keep hoarding for your selves earthly treasures that can be stolen by thieves. Material wealth eventually rusts, decays, and loses its value. 20 Instead, stockpile heavenly treasures for yourselves that cannot be stolen and will never rust, decay, or lose their value. 21 For your heart will always pursue what you value as your treasure. 22 The eyes of your spirit allow revelation light to enter into your being. If you heart is unclouded, the light floods in! 23 But if your eyes are focused on money, the light cannot penetrate and darkness takes its place. How profound will be the darkness within you if the light of the truth cannot enter! 24 How could you worship two gods at the same time? You will have to hate one and love the other, or be devoted to one and despise the other. You can’t worship the true God and the god of money!”

Love compels us to reach out and make personal sacrifices for our sisters and brothers, laying down our comforts and preferences. Love compels us to pray for others and stirs us with passion!

Love brings transformation!

Love sets our hearts on fire and sets captives free!!

Love loves the unlovely! The murderers, the slanderers, the bigoted, those who are not like us.

Love is our mission, our mandate and our message.
