The Message (MSG)

^6-10 Jesus told this simple story, but they had no idea what he was talking about. So he tried again. “I’ll be explicit, then. I am the Gate for the sheep. All those others are up to no good—sheep stealers, every one of them. But the sheep didn’t listen to them. I am the Gate. Anyone who goes through me will be cared for—will freely go in and out, and find pasture. A thief is only there to steal and kill and destroy. I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.

Jesus came to give us Life and Life in abundance!  As carriers of His Glory, we have access to the fullness of Christ that dwells inside. Such an honor and privilege. Signed sealed and delivered!

The thief comes to kill, steal and destroy. His tactics always the same. (intimidation, fear, tries to wear you down).

“Fear Not! says God! I am with you and I won’t ever leave you. I have come that you may have life to the full!”

Whose voice are you listening to?

The voice of human reason?  The voice of your current circumstances, the enemy’s voice? Or Your Faithful Father? Who says-

“Come to Me you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11.28).

“This is not the time to draw back in unbelief, but time to turn your affection towards Me”

“Let Me take care of those cares and affairs that consume your thoughts.”

“Meditate on My goodness and kindness and let Me lift the burden off your shoulders.”

“I am the burden bearer”.

“Let My Love abound in you.”

“I AM more than enough.”

“You will find strength and Peace in Me.”

“I go before you and make your path straight!”

“Let Me take care of your most intricate needs.”

“Truly, I am more than enough.”

“I’ve given you the full measure of Abundant Life!”
